At Minifiggo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
Unopened or unused, in its original condition.
In its original, undamaged packaging.
Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a customer’s change of mind, the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
If the return is due to a product issue (such as defect or wrong item), please reach out to us first. Once we confirm the issue, we’ll reimburse the return shipping costs.
If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at contact@minifiggo.com. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we recommend returning the item you wish to exchange. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
